Teams organize around a focus or purpose for being together. The team may be a small business or part of a larger organization.

In this presentation you will receive an overview for operating in the team coaching environment. This includes understanding the various roles, the added complexity of team dynamics, and meeting ethical and professional standards in a team coaching situation.

Participants can gain knowledge and skills in creating the business coaching relationship as a designed partnership with a team.

We will explore the ramifications of the team effect when creating safety, confidentiality, support, mutual respect, and an effective level of trust.

We will practice dealing with challenging situations using Courage under Fire- Hearing and responding to Assessments.

Paula Hemming, PCC, M.A. has been on the faculty of the Adler Graduate School (AGS) in Richfield, Minnesota since 1999. She is currently a Core Faculty member as well as the Director of the Professional Life Coaching Training Series offered at AGS. Paula has a practical approach to teaching that comes alive with examples, Paula is the founder of Relationship Champions. She has been in private practice as a professional life coach since 2000, coaching individuals, couples, and business professionals who seek greater joy and mastery in their relationships and work.
