About the Diversity and Inclusion Committee

The role of the Diversity Committee is to make recommendations regarding diversity within the Association. The committee reviews the status of diversity within the organization, recommends methods for enhancing diversity, and advises on how the association can better meet the needs of its diverse membership and its stakeholders.

Mission

The mission of the MCDA Diversity and Inclusion Committee is to mirror the richly diverse clients we serve, foster, and leverage diversity and inclusion to advance excellence in the field of career development.

The vision of the MCDA Diversity and Inclusion Committee is for every person to use their unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences, to come together to ensure the committee understands and celebrates our differences and similarities.
