										Jennifer Rogers has more than 25 years experience as a professional career counselor and in employer relations, working primarily in higher education settings. 
 
Available to individuals as a career coach in private practice since 2003, she added work as an outplacement career consultant to her repertoire in 2023.  Her career clients have ranged from 18 to 60+ years of age.  Providing individual career coaching consultations, and pre-retirement visioning, Jennifer can also interpret a variety of career assessments, such as the Strong Interest Inventory, Clifton Strengths, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).  
 
As a trainer, she has presented to and facilitated small and large groups on a wide variety of career exploration and job search-related topics.  Jennifer is also available as a consultant to employers on talent pipeline and internship program development.   For businesses, she offers trainings that boost self-knowledge, team-building and employee engagement.
