Jen Rosand, M.Ed

Jen Rosand, M.Ed. is passionate about helping others discover their pathway and develop into their best selves. She has held different positions in career development throughout her professional journey and is currently a Sr. Learning and Development Specialist, working with newly hired associates at Blaze Credit Union. Previously, she has held positions in human resources at Allina Health, as well as career development and related roles in different areas at the University of Minnesota. She has served on the MCDA Board of Trustees in 2011-2015, as President-Elect, President, and Past President, as well as a board member at large. She is thrilled to be rejoining the MCDA board again and honored to work alongside career development colleagues who share a like mindset.
