After 40 years of supporting college students in naming their gifts and talents and finding ways to use them for good in the world, Cynthia Favre has transitioned to manage a local non-profit. She has been a member of Minnesota career development professional associations for over 35 years, including MCDA. She greatly enjoys opportunities to collaborate with colleagues to connect, innovate, build and create!
