CREDENTIALS: I am a Board Certified Coach with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and over 20 years of experience in higher education, corporate, and nonprofit settings. Early in my career, I was a faculty member at a liberal arts college; and I have taught at six different universities. My expertise includes client self-assessment, career transitions, leadership skill development, and work-life well-being.

LOCATION: Coaching is primarily remote, using Zoom or phone calls.
SERVICES: My coaching services are set up as packages of one-on-one sessions, arranged and paid for by the employer of the leader to be coached, or by the individual leader seeking coaching. I meet clients where they are, ask good questions to help them clarify what’s next, and adapt to what they need to work on over time.
CLIENTS: I am currently focused on working with leaders in higher education, including academic department chairs, deans, and provosts, as well as faculty members interested in making a transition within or outside of higher education. I also coach leaders outside of colleges and universities. I am not a good fit for people who mainly need job search, resume, or cover letter services.
