On October 17, 2025, the Minnesota Career Development Association had its 1st Virtual Case Consultation as part of a series happening in 2025-2026. After each MCDA event, within a feedback form we include space for people to suggest topics the Professional Development Committee should consider for future programming. This series was developed in response to many members suggesting we provide a way to share issues and resources
Attendees had the opportunity to engage in conversation with other workforce and career development professionals, share resources with one another, and discuss strategies for supporting their clients during the current labor market. Topics that were discussed included strategies for supporting IT professionals during the current climate, utilizing ONETOnline.org as a resource for clients, and supporting clients who have disabilities.
