APPROACH: Trauma-informed and holistic, integrating mindfulness and whole-person development.
AUDIENCES SERVED: Neurodivergent individuals, youth, and career changers. I work with people who are at a crossroads in their career paths or working lives. They are not sure what path to take next or how to make the decision, and may be burnout out, anxious about making the “wrong” decision, and feeling a lack of confidence about where to begin. I provide career counseling services across the life span and work with students, recent college graduates and new professionals, mid-career working adults, and adults considering retirement.
