MCDA's Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
The Minnesota Career Development Association sponsors three Special Interest Groups (SIGs):
- Organizational Career Development — Discusses topics related to career planning practitioners and ways to provide career planning resources to employees of organizations. More about the Organizational Career Development SIG.
- Northland Career Development Professionals Association — Facilitate networking and support among Northland area career professionals. More about NCDPA.
- Second Half of Life SIG — Career counselors need to be aware of the dynamics of this growing population segment, as clients explore new ways to live, work, and learn in the second half of life. More about the Second Half of Life SIG.
