For more than 15 years, she has influenced the careers industry as a practitioner, trainer, speaker, coach, consultant, and author of more than 50 publications, including ‘L.A. Times Top 10 Career Book of the Year’ No One Is Unemployable and The 6 Reasons You’ll Get the Job with a foreword by Richard Bolles, author of the best-selling What Color is Your Parachute?. Elisabeth is a nationally-recognized expert and leader in making ‘tough career transitions’, and is the ‘Working with Tough Clients’ columnist for the international newsletter of the Career Planning and Adult Development Network. She is a Certified Job & Career Transition Coach, Certified Workforce Development Professional, and holds degrees in International Studies, English, and Spanish from Azusa Pacific University in California.
Currently, Elisabeth is the President of WorkNet Solutions whose mission it is to equip and inspire employment and career practitioners, especially as they serve job seekers with barriers. Throughout the year, she consults to service providers, trains practitioners, speaks at industry events, and coaches individuals. Over the last two decades, she has trained more than 10,000 employment and career professionals, helped to establish more than 150 employment programs, and impacted the lives of more than 1 million job seekers and career changers across the globe.
