Best Practice Approaches to Training for
Career Development Professionals
According to Richard Hawk, “’Best’ can be defined as most productive; and ‘practice’ can be defined as an actual performance or application. A best practice, then, is the most productive application.”
This Roundtable discussion will focus on how career counselors, coaches and advisers to develop, create, and deliver great presentations. We will be discussing the ADDIE model as well as other techniques.
Please come and share your favorite career development training practices, activities and/or training techniques.
